At Smokey Fashion, we want customers to feel confident about their purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with any original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Label

A return shipping label is provided with every order or upon request.

• If the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is covered by us.
  
• If the return is due to a customer placing an incorrect order, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
  

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue in your email to support@smokeyfashion.shop. We will review the claim and provide appropriate assistance.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
