Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email support@smokeyfashion.shop as soon as possible and include your order number. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
